Operator and scope
ExpertizeMe International LLC, 18181 NE 31 CT, unit 2710, Aventura, FL 33160, USA. Email: admin@expertizeme.org. These Terms govern access to the website and use of its informational content. Paid services require a separate written agreement. An inquiry form is not an order or a service contract.
Informational purpose and independent decisions
The website describes PR, communications, editorial and professional reputation services. Its content is not legal, financial, medical or other licensed professional advice. The intended use of any materials and the requirements of a receiving organization must be assessed separately.
Newsrooms, award organizers, associations, publishers and search engines make their own decisions. Paid placements must be identified as commercial content and are not independent editorial recommendations. No external decision or commercial outcome is promised unless a specific, lawful commitment is expressly included in a written service agreement.
Your submissions and acceptable use
You must have the right to provide the information, text and images you submit. An inquiry authorizes us to use it to respond, assess your request and perform agreed actions; it does not authorize public use of your name, testimonial or confidential materials without a separate basis.
Do not use the website unlawfully, submit false information, infringe rights, introduce malicious code, bypass access controls or disrupt service. Do not submit another person’s confidential information without authority.
Intellectual property and authorship
Website materials belong to their respective rights holders. You may view them and share links. Reproduction or other use beyond applicable legal exceptions requires permission. Third-party marks remain the property of their owners.
Rights in commissioned work, licenses, coauthorship and editorial credits are defined in writing. Payment does not replace the substantive contribution required for authorship. The applicable publisher’s or journal’s authorship and disclosure rules must be followed.
Links, examples and endorsements
Third-party websites have their own terms. A link does not make us responsible for their content or establish independent endorsement of a client. A published example concerns a particular engagement and does not promise the same result for another client.
Testimonials must reflect actual experience. Compensation, discounts, company relationships and other material connections must be disclosed with the recommendation. A ranking we organize or fund must not be presented as an independent evaluation.
Availability and warranty disclaimer
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, this informational website is provided “as is” and “as available,” without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or noninfringement. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation or a particular outcome from using its information. Mandatory warranties and consumer rights remain unaffected.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, lost profits or lost business opportunities arising from use of the free informational website. This exclusion does not apply where prohibited, including liability that cannot lawfully be excluded for fraud, intentional misconduct or mandatory consumer protections. Liability for paid services is addressed in the separate service agreement.
Governing law and venue
Florida law governs use of the website, without its conflict-of-law rules. Unless mandatory law provides otherwise, disputes about these Terms are subject to the competent state or federal courts serving Miami-Dade County, Florida. This clause does not limit any mandatory consumer right to a different law, forum or remedy. These Terms do not impose arbitration or a class-action waiver.
Changes, suspension and contact
We may update the website and these Terms and will identify the revision date. Material changes apply prospectively after publication and any required notice; they do not retroactively change a signed service agreement. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary for security or a breach of these Terms, subject to applicable law. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the extent permitted.
