Information we collect
You provide your name, email address, optional phone number, preferred contact channel, selected objective, message and acknowledgment of this policy. Where a form offers a promo code or referrer field, those fields are optional. Please do not submit identity documents, health information, payment credentials or other sensitive records through a public inquiry form.
We record the submission time, request identifier, form name, language and page address without query parameters. These support inquiry handling, duplicate prevention and consent records. Our server and network provider necessarily receive connection information, including an IP address, when serving the website. The application does not include your IP address in the inquiry record.
How we use information
We use inquiry information to respond to your request, discuss scope and terms, maintain an inquiry record, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations. Submitting a form does not subscribe you to marketing email. Optional source attribution is a separate choice from submitting an inquiry.
Browser storage, cookies and source attribution
We store your privacy choice in localStorage for up to 180 days. This necessary setting is not an advertising identifier. Before you permit attribution, the website does not persist referral sources, advertising IDs or referral tokens in browser storage or include them in a submission.
If you choose “Allow analytics,” we store the first landing page without query parameters, the referring domain, UTM values, gclid/fbclid and, if present, a referral code or signed referral token for up to 90 days. We use these values to associate an inquiry with its source. A later visit does not replace an unexpired first source.
Use “Cookie settings” in the footer to change your choice. Choosing essential only clears this site’s saved attribution and excludes it from future submissions. It does not erase information already submitted; contact us to request deletion. If browser storage is unavailable, optional attribution remains disabled.
Only after consent do we load Yandex Metrica (counter 109493279). It receives visit information: page addresses with permitted UTM tags, the referring domain, browser and device information, technical cookie identifiers and the connection IP address received by Yandex servers. We use it to measure visits and successful form submissions. Session Replay, click maps, automatic outbound-link tracking and Yandex Tag Manager are disabled. We do not send names, emails, phone numbers, inquiry text, promo codes or signed referral tokens to Metrica.
Essential only, Global Privacy Control and a Do Not Track value of 1 disable optional attribution and Metrica. Withdrawing consent stops the counter and clears _ym_ cookies accessible to this website. It does not automatically erase information already transmitted. Yandex information: https://yandex.ru/legal/confidential/ and https://yandex.ru/support/metrica/ru/general/cookie-usage. Google Analytics and Meta Pixel are not installed.
Recipients and disclosures
Authorized personnel and contractors may access information where needed to handle your inquiry, support our infrastructure or perform an agreed service. Our VPS hosting provider operates the server infrastructure. Our business email provider processes correspondence when we reply by email. If you choose a third-party messaging service, subsequent correspondence is also subject to that service’s terms and privacy policy.
Inquiries are first saved in a restricted VPS queue, then transmitted to a restricted Google Sheets workbook for our team to process. Google processes this information as an infrastructure provider under the applicable Google Workspace/Google Cloud terms. This website does not automatically send inquiries to Telegram, advertising systems or an external referral platform.
We do not sell inquiry information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We may disclose information where required by law, to protect rights and security, or in a lawful business transfer subject to applicable safeguards.
Retention
Website inquiry records are automatically deleted after 180 days from receipt. The deletion check runs on application startup and at least daily while the service is running; after an outage it runs when service resumes.
The privacy-choice setting lasts up to 180 days; browser attribution lasts up to 90 days. Expired attribution is not used and is cleared on the next visit. If an inquiry becomes a client engagement, necessary contractual and project records are handled separately under the agreement and applicable retention duties.
Inquiry records are excluded from website release archives. Separate correspondence and client records have purpose-specific and legally required retention rules, addressed when the engagement begins. A valid legal preservation obligation may limit deletion to the extent required.
Your choices and requests
Email admin@expertizeme.org to request access, correction or deletion, or to withdraw consent. Identify the contact details used in your inquiry and explain the request. We may seek proportionate verification before disclosing or changing a record. Do not send identity documents without arranging a suitable method.
The rights available to you depend on applicable law. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory rights. Declining optional attribution does not prevent an inquiry or affect our response to it.
Security, international processing and children
Inquiry records are separate from public website files and access is restricted. No transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Our international team and service providers may process information in countries with different privacy laws, with access limited to the relevant task.
The website is directed to a professional audience aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Contact us if a child has submitted information so we can investigate and delete it where appropriate.
Changes and contact
The revision date appears at the top of this page. Material changes will be posted on the website. If a new processing purpose requires additional notice or consent, we will provide it before that use. Send privacy questions to the operator at the postal or email address above.
